Bush Nook Farmhouse is a spacious nine-bedroom 18th-century retreat in the North Pennines AONB, near the Lake District and Hadrian’s Wall. Sleeping up to 15 guests, it’s ideal for large families or groups. The farmhouse features a main lounge and conservatory with a log burner and Smart TV, a garden room with panoramic views, a fully equipped kitchen with range cookers and scullery, and a dining room for 15–20 guests. There are five en-suite bedrooms plus additional shower rooms, and travel cot/highchair available.
Outside, enjoy an enclosed garden, luxury hot tub, and BBQ. Direct access to Hadrian’s Wall Path makes it perfect for walkers and cyclists, with nearby attractions including Birdoswald Roman Fort, the Roman Army Museum, Talkin Tarn, and Brampton.
